Website Age Restriction
We require anyone visiting our website to acknowledge that they are of legal age before they can even enter the full website.

We use state-of-the-art age verification technology that checks consumer's age before purchase and ensures FDA level compliance to restrict underage sales of products to minors.

Purchase Monitoring
We monitor and conduct a post-purchase assessment of all products sold to ensure that age verification was completed before shipping any products. We also limit the amount of products sold per sale to limit the possibility of redistributing products to minors.

Card I.D. Before Each Sale
Check the photo ID of every consumer under the age of 37 who attempts to purchase vape related products. Only sell products to customers of legal smoking age: 21 years and older.

Stay Compliant
Use integrity and follow legal and ethical practices in your stores, because the FDA closely monitors retailer, manufacturer, importer, and distributor for compliance deviations with federal Tobacco Laws and Regulations. They do this because they care, as we do and you should too.

Pass Routine Inspections
Undercover Buy Inspections are routinely conducted in retail stores, without notice. The minors and inspectors will not identify themselves to you.
There are nearly 1 million inspections a year, over 10,000 per month, and over 300 per day. Avoid failing inspection by carding each consumer and following legal and ethical best practices when selling tobacco products.
